Alley Cleaning   DPW cleans alleys in all Wards on a rotating schedule. Alleys reported by residents or identified by DPW as dirty are given priority.  Helpful Tips To assist DPW efforts, residents should:   Pick up loose trash and litter. Control weeds by cutting overgrowth around property. Prevent limbs from hanging over alley.
